Authorization
Swiss Private Staff has the authorization of the Canton of Zurich for the placement of personnel for the whole of Switzerland and the authorization for the cross-border placement of personnel from the SECO*.*Companies that operate internationally are in possession of the federal placement permit, which entitles them to cross-border placement. Only these companies are allowed to place persons from Switzerland abroad or, conversely, to place persons from abroad in Switzerland, in accordance with the Employment Placement Act (AVG). All other companies are only in possession of a cantonal placement permit (area: 'Switzerland') and may only place persons within Switzerland (the cantonal permit is not sufficient for persons with a short-term residence permit, these may only be placed by companies with a federal placement permit.
