In a selection process, we first check the documents (application documents, work permit, criminal record extract) and then, if everything fits, we find out in an interview whether the candidate is eligible. Only if both the competence profile and the personality profile match your requirements do we propose a personal meeting with the applicant. If necessary, we can also assist you with the formalities, such as the employment contract and the legal registrations.
